Senior Facebook Parties

I am excited to host my senior Facebook parties.  Every Wednesday through September I am celebrating my seniors and future senior clients with a complimentary mini portrait session, one portrait to use as a profile picture, and of course a little music and fun. Profile pictures will be retouched and then posted to Kate DeCoste Photography|Seniors Facebook page, where you can tag yourself and update your profile quickly and easily. No purchase necessary, so come on down and bring your friends! Sessions are by appointment only between the hours of 4pm and 8pm on Wednesdays throughout September, so be sure to RSVP today!

Graysen's Go-Getters -  Husker Day

Graysen was diagnosed with Severe Hemophilia B at birth following complications with his circumcision. After many bumps, bruises, and bleeds he received his port at 7 months and is given infusions 3 times a week by his mom and dad, Mollie and Tony.  I have had the privilege of  photographing him every 3 months since he came into this world.  Join me on September 16th from 1pm-5pm for Husker Day! Have your future Husker be photographed in his or her Husker gear!  These 15 minute sessions will take place at my studio with a football set and Husker props.  The session fee of $25 will be donated to Graysen's Go-Getters in support of the Hemophilia Walk in Omaha.  Special print packages will be available.

{Hemophilia is a bleeding disorder in which a person's blood is not able to clot normally. In normal blood, proteins called clotting factors work together to form a clot whenever bleeding occurs. The person with hemophilia lacks or doesn't have enough of a certain clotting factor so the blood can't make a clot.  Tony, Mollie, and Graysen are very involved with the local hemophilia chapter. Mollie serves on the Board of Directors and also sits on the Activity Committee.}

Santa Paws Charity Event

I am pleased to announce my first ever Santa Paws charity event! With your help, I am raising money and pet food donations for the Saunders County Pet Rescue. Please join me, on September 23rd from 10am to 2pm for a mini portrait session with your favorite four-legged friend. These portraits look wonderful in my custom holiday cards, so you can share them with your friends and family.

$10 of every $20 session fee will be donated to the Saunders County Pet Rescue. Bring a bag of Purina Dog/Puppy Chow or Purina Cat/Kitten Chow and you will receive a complimentary 8x10 portrait too! This is a great way to raise money, food and awareness for neglected and abused animals right here in Wahoo, NE. 

Sofa Sessions

There's something special about gathering your family together on a comfy sofa in the middle of the beautiful outdoors.  Celebrate your family with this fun and unique session at our local Placek Park.  Sessions are available on October 7th, but spots are booking up quickly! Christmas in October

My 1st annual Christmas in October portrait sessions are just around the corner!  This year I am supporting the VFW Christmas Drive.  This important drive gives local children new coats, hats, gloves, and a toy in their Christmas basket.  If you would like to schedule an appointment, be sure to book early as these spots are filling up fast! Sessions will be held on Sunday, October 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. $50 will hold your session time and go toward your purchase. Packages start at only $99, and these charming holiday portraits make wonderful gifts for family and can also be featured on a family holiday card. Best of all, $50 from each purchase goes to the VFW Christmas Drive. Giving back has never been so festive and fun.
